This trust in management’s robust governance practices allows MTA to adeptly navigate the complexities of a rapidly changing telecommunications industry.
We also reviewed critical areas, such as corporate citizenship and the Board Owner Linkage plan, which enhance our understanding of the needs of MTA’s membership and align our strategies with community interests. The Board participated in a governance workshop, further refining our governance skills and gaining insights into strategic oversight.
